Depending on what we’ve made that week, the assortment also may include Hazelnut Crunch, Fresh Raspberry, Chai Spice, and other new flavours we’ve concocted.

Flavours
Sea Salt Caramel
Silky caramel, handmade in small batches with fresh butter and cream, then dipped in dark chocolate and topped with French fleur de sel.
Ingredients: sugar, cream, dark chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, soy lecithin, natural vanilla), corn syrup, butter, sea salt, vanilla bean, lemon juice.

Extra Dark
A potent, bittersweet chocolate (70% cocoa content) ganache, enrobed in pure Venezuelan dark chocolate and topped with crunchy cocoa nibs.

Chai Spice
Creamy milk chocolate ganache, infused with exotic chai tea spices and enrobed in pure Venezuelan dark chocolate.

Fresh Raspberry
A luscious blend of dark chocolate ganache, local Annapolis Valley raspberries, and a splash of Chambord.
Ingredients: dark chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, soy lecithin, natural vanilla), raspberry puree, cream, glucose syrup, butter, liqueur.

The Nightcap
Dark chocolate ganache, rich and silky, infused with single malt Glen Breton ICE whisky from Cape Breton’s Glenora distillery.

Hazelnut Crunch
We caramelize toasted hazelnuts to make our own ground hazelnut praline, then blend it with rich milk chocolate. Enrobed in pure Venezuelan dark chocolate.

A floral Earl Grey tea blend infuses this dark chocolate ganache with flavors of black tea, bergamot, and osmanthus petals.
